What You'll Be Doing: You'll be the heartbeat of our sales team, working with customers across phone, email, text (yes, we provide the phone!), and in-person for our awesome walk-in clients.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping them find exactly what they need
- Taking orders and providing quotes through phone, email, text, and in-person
- Recommending hot new products and upselling like a pro
- Managing calls, messages, and follow-ups like a boss
- Staying organized with files, records, databases, and emails
- Helping keep our office space sharp and efficient
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team and jumping into new challenges
- Handling any other exciting tasks thrown your way by leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing, and punctual personality
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication
- Fast typing and laser-sharp attention to detail
- Time management wizardry and multitasking mastery
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a big plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
