What You'll Be Doing: You'll be the heartbeat of our sales team, working with customers across phone, email, text (yes, we provide the phone!), and in-person for our awesome walk-in clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping them find exactly what they need
  • Taking orders and providing quotes through phone, email, text, and in-person
  • Recommending hot new products and upselling like a pro
  • Managing calls, messages, and follow-ups like a boss
  • Staying organized with files, records, databases, and emails
  • Helping keep our office space sharp and efficient
  • Collaborating with a tight-knit team and jumping into new challenges
  • Handling any other exciting tasks thrown your way by leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, outgoing, and punctual personality
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication
  • Fast typing and laser-sharp attention to detail
  • Time management wizardry and multitasking mastery
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bonus: Bilingual abilities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a big plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
