Program Scheduling Expert

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Scheduling meetings and publishing meeting minutes
• Updating recurring status reports and displays
• Running reports & extracts from Excel inventory documents
• Maintaining project components in ServiceNow

The coordinator will also assist in:

• Managing and facilitating program/project scheduling and data tracking
• Enhancing project quality and process consistency
• Developing, maintaining, and coordinating key project deliverables
• Building out and maintaining the integrated program/project schedule
• Tracking progress of activities/milestones
• Performing routine project management tasks and activities
• Setting up, managing, and maintaining program/project SharePoint site
• Maintaining and reporting on program/project Budget and Actuals
• Executing all communications internal to the project team
• Producing regular and ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in project coordination in IT
• 3 years of experience with Excel/Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and ServiceNow
• Some experience tracking project budgets vs. actual expenses
• RAID log maintenance
