About TPM

TPM is an industry-leading technology solutions provider, offering software, services, and hardware to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) and Manufacturing industries. Since 1973, we have guided companies into the digital future with a blend of technical expertise, southern hospitality, and a commitment to helping organizations grow and succeed.

TrebleHook, TPM's sister company, is a purpose-built CRM platform designed for the AEC industry. As a designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting TrebleHook’s marketing and brand efforts through compelling visuals that help communicate its unique value to architecture, engineering, and construction firms. We help firms centralize data, build stronger relationships, and pursue and land the right projects.

ColorLab, another member of the TPM family, specializes in environmental graphics and branding. From corporate interiors to educational and faith-based environments, ColorLab transforms spaces into visual experiences that inspire and engage.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a creative Graphic Designer who’s excited to grow their skills while working across multiple brands—TPM, TrebleHook, and ColorLab. You’re a visual thinker who thrives on bringing stories to life, whether through a clean layout, a bold social graphic, or web graphics that elevate user experience. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute meaningful, high-impact work—and grow within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment—we want to hear from you.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (internships or freelance welcome!)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • A strong portfolio that shows range in both digital and print
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, modern ideas
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, web banners, and display ads
  • Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, event signage, and presentations
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials for TPM, TrebleHook, and ColorLab
  • Collaborate with a close-knit marketing, sales, and technical team to ensure your designs align with business goals. Work together to translate ideas into engaging visuals that communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Assist with layout and design of ebooks, whitepapers, and case studies
  • Contribute to website content updates and page layout design
  • Occasionally support video editing or motion graphics projects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (a plus, not required)

Bonus Points If You

  • Have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with WordPress/Elementor
  • Have worked in a B2B marketing or SaaS environment
  • Are comfortable working with creative briefs and presenting your work
  • Bring a passion for learning new tools and techniques
  • Have experience using Large Language Models like ChatGPT to enhance creative workflows or automate content tasks
  • Have experience working in Salesforce
