The Account Executive serves as liaison between client and creative teams as well as supports client contact/communication. The Account Executive ensures flawless execution of project work and owns delegated projects. This person manages creative revisions while staying on project timelines, manages client and creative team expectations, account finances and maintains knowledge of industry trends.
Core Accountabilities
- Develops, manages, and executes both print and digital initiatives for Bank of America in-store marketing campaigns with urgency and accuracy.
- Preparation of documents for leading new project kickoffs, internal reviews, and brainstorms
- Participates in deck development, revisions, proofing and uploading presentations for client reviews.
- Interpreting and accurately marking up creative edits in WorkFront based on client and internal feedback; then proofing to ensure changes were accurately made before providing back to client.
- Proactively moves projects along, ensuring clear folder organization, updating various status documents with timeliness and accuracy.
- Financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices)
- Timeline and budget development/maintenance
- Plays an active role in developing/maintaining client relationships.
- Pitches in to help other Bank teammates as requested/needed.
- Assists with new business pitches/initiatives/projects when requested.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of new and emerging retail trends.

Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in an agency setting, experience in an Account Executive role preferred
- Education: Four-Year Degree
