What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Practice Administrator position at TPR/CPM Staff?
Primary responsibilities include the management of the day-to-day financial operations of the employed physician group in the Detroit market which includes month-end financial close, financial reporting and analysis, annual budget, quarterly forecasts with loads to Hyperion, proformas for physician new hires, renewals and amendments and potential acquisitions, and monthly top-side templates for physician new hires for budget pull down and attrition templates for physician terminations.
Primary responsibilities also include managing Finance Team members, managing the financial oversight of several key contracts in the Detroit Market including the Medicaid Enhanced Reimbursement Program (MERP) contract and the Radiology Coverage and Teaching contracts, providing support and working closing with the Market Operations Managers on all financial operations including monthly financial statements, vendor purchase journals, and daily Flash Report, and first approver (Approver A) for SOX CFO approvals.
