Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through process auditing and in-process inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections and audits of processes according to a set schedule to ensure product specifications are met in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
- Prepare quality reports for trend analysis and identification of problems areas.
- Assist quality management in identifying, communicating, and facilitating the need for changes to enhance process and product quality.
- Coordinate collection of data for use in the repair process.
- Conduct daily audits of the repair process to ensure work instructions are being followed and that individuals performing the work have been trained.
Requirements:
- Two years experience in a manufacturing or service environment required.
- One year quality auditing experience in a reverse logistics or return environment preferred.
- Technical experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Computer literate in a Windows Environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Accurate counting skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Analytical abilities.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated with ability to use own initiative.
- Flexibility to change direction frequently with little notice.
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
