Key Responsibilities
- Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
- Utilize tools and test equipment of various types, to repair servers
- Disassemble and/or reassemble units according to applicable work instructions
- Order correct parts using proper procedures
- Test units according to work instructions and process flows
- Responsible for inspecting products to ensure it is labeled correctly
- Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately
- Responsible for entering repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system
- Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
