The I.T. Technician will support users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to computers, electronic devices, and associated systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with their computer-related issues and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Escalate complex computer or network issues to the appropriate resource or department.
- Work off of a ticketing system to manage and prioritize support requests.
- Create and manage Microsoft 365 (M365) user accounts and groups.
- Install and configure software applications and updates.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems.
- Provide training and guidance for staff on using computer systems and software.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document and update IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or related software.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain applications for both Windows and Apple products.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of network systems and their functionalities.
- At least one year of related training at a vocational school or community college.
- At least three years of experience in network maintenance and user technical support preferred.
- Windows 11 and MacOS experience preferred.
- A , Network , and/or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to travel to offsite assignments.
Salary : $22 - $30
