Comfort Consultant

TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a fast-growing company, and we're looking for Comfort Consultants who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Our Comfort Consultants are responsible for listening to our customers and working with them to determine the best new equipment that meets their needs while ensuring our customers receive a 5-star experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships to sell the right products and services for HVAC or sewer needs
• Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily transferred to the installation team
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Develop key client relationships and close deals
• Get potential customers excited about TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing and encourage them to spread the word
• Become an expert in your market area by knowing our customers' needs

Pay and benefits

• Pay: Potential Earnings: $30,000 - $150,000/annually
• Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 8-6 or Monday-Friday 8-4
• Company supplied take home truck
