The Big Task
Our Sewer Sales Representatives listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best sewer repair and replacement options to fit their situation. We a looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sewer Sales Representative specializing in residential sewer and drain solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and outstanding sales acumen. The Sales Representative will aid in achieving sales KPIs including department sales and capacity goals. This Sales Representative will listen to our customers, work with them to determine the best services and new equipment to meet their needs.
Key Sub Tasks
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Develop key client relationships to close deals.
Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete and easily transferred to the installation team
Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
Get potential customers excited about TR Miller Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and encourage them to spread the word.
Become an expert in your market area, know the customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
Clearly communicate the value of our services, emphasizing benefits and solutions to prospective customers
Collaborate with technicians to ensure a seamless hand-off and customer experience from sale through project completion.
Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms and close deals with homeowners, maintaining a 40% close rate and a $8500 average sale rate.
Responsible for filling the install board for the Sewer Install Crew
Take photos and videos of the job site and provide a detailed description of the work to be performed

Requirements :

Proven experience in sales (with a focus on sewer and drain solutions is good but not a must have)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results driven with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a face-paced environment
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
