- Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times while maintaining productivity targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth operations and workplace safety
- Report any safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors in a timely manner
- Operate basic power tools as needed for material handling and processing
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Capable of standing for extended periods while performing sorting duties
- Physical stamina for repetitive movements and consistent material handling
- Manual dexterity for handling various materials and tools with precision
