What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Traba App?
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Pulls finished goods from cage/conveyor.
2. Assembles finished goods to resemble finished product such as a crate .
3. Performs QC checks and part weights.
4. Inspects, trims, and stacks parts according to the process sheet.
5. Completes in-process checklist.
6. Occasional troubleshooting of process related problems .
7. Checks production quality, using check fixtures to assure correct shrinkage
and to maintain necessary tolerances within the production process .
8. Keeps own and adjacent work area clean.
9. Organizes and stages the regrind material for processing.
10. Prepares plastic for recycling.
11. Removes plastic from production lines.
12. Stages material for upcoming jobs.
13. Properly identifies regrind material. BO-D-011
14. Identifies material types that have been properly marked.
15. Maintains complete and accurate records of all activities.
16. Loads material into grinder and grind into pellet form to be used for reprocessing into sheet form.
17. Includes a common knowledge of required hand tools and equipment, and a basic
knowledge of safety practices, conduct, cleanliness, good housekeeping and equipment care.
18. Loads, unloads and moves material within or near plant, yard or work site.
19. Performs any combination of following duties: redoing label information on Gaylord
20. Conveys materials to or grinders to designated areas using the forklift
21. Keep own and adjacent work area clean.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
