Job Details:
- Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Friday) with possible weekend OT
- Hours: 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspecting solar panels for quality and functionality
- Performing hands-on, labor-intensive work outdoors in all safe weather conditions
Requirements:
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable with physical, heavy labor
- PPE Required: Safety vest, steel-toed shoes, and hard hat (if available)
- Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods
