The Axiom Kitting Associate plays a vital role in the accurate assembly and preparation of helmet component kits for distribution. Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely assemble helmet kits according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect all components for defects, damage, or shortages before assembly.
- Report any quality issues or inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of completed kits and adhere to daily production targets.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently
