Warehouse Inventory Associate

Job Summary

The Branch Associate plays a critical role in inventory management while also assisting customers with product selection and purchases. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience handling inventory, who is also comfortable interacting with customers in a retail or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Restock shelves, organize storage areas, and ensure accurate product labeling
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Order Processing & Customer Assistance
• Assist customers with product selection and order fulfillment
• Process customer orders, returns, and transfers in the system
• Safely handle and load products into customer vehicles
• Communicate product details, pricing, and company policies effectively
• General Warehouse & Store Maintenance
• Keep storage and sales areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Assist with forklift operations (training provided)
• Support daily branch operations as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with inventory, stocking, or warehouse operations preferred
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role (retail, warehouse, or similar experience a plus)
• Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory tracking
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• HVAC experience is NOT required (familiarity with industrial or warehouse products is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
