We are currently accepting applications for rising juniors and seniors for participation in our paid, 11-week summer internship program centrally located at TRAC Intermodal’s corporate headquarters in Princeton, NJ.

Your Role
Our intern will work closely with a Senior Product Owner and Portfolio Manager, gaining hands-on experience in UX practices and design within an agile environment. This internship will refine skills in product ownership, product management, project planning, development team management, prioritization, and business communication. Throughout the internship, the intern will learn to gather and document requirements, lead daily SCRUM ceremonies, and manage a development team backlog.
What You’ll Do
Core day-to-day responsibilities may include but are not limited to any of the following:
- Demonstrate comprehension of SCRUM and Agile principles through active participation and follow-up questions.
- Ensure documentation meets standards for accuracy and completeness, with minimal revisions needed from the Product Owner.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of prioritization factors (e.g., business value, technical feasibility, dependencies).
- Successfully facilitate meetings by clearly articulating objectives, managing time effectively, and engaging participants.
- Launch mobile projects, contribute to new projects under consideration, participating in requirements gathering, ROI analysis, and other preparatory activities.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled as Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university seeking a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Project Management or related field
- 3.0 grade point average or higher
- Strong record of academic performance and extracurricular/community involvement
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Motivated and eager to embrace new challenges
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to present data to stakeholders in a persuasive manner
- This role is intended for candidates who are eligible to work in the United States without further sponsorship or authorization upon completing their education.

The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd thru Friday, August 15th, 2025.
