The CAD Drafter will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure that designs meet specifications and standards.
Duties
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Draft layouts, schematics, and assembly instructions for mechanical components and systems.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drafting work.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing accurate drawings and specifications.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD
