Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. & Tracey Freightliner of Albany is seeking to hire full-time Service Writer for our Queensbury Branch. A successful candidate: Opens, reviews and closes repair orders Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted openly and friendly Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines Schedules appointments Provides assistance to the parts and service departments Communicates with customers of needed service work Communicates with customers on estimated time of completion Skills: Previous dealership experience preferred Customer Service Experience preferred Strong Computer Skills Tracey Road Equipment is an affirmative action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
