Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be located in Wisconsin Dells, WI – candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
