Childrens' Music and Dance Leader

Tracie’s Music Together Teacher:

You will sing/dance/lead groups of 12 - 24 moms and their babies/toddlers in a 45-minute weekly music & movement mommy-and-me class. There are about 12 children and 12 adult in each class. We have classes in PBGardens, Jupiter, Tequesta, West Palm , Florida

Time commitment : Could be anywhere from 1 hour/week to 12 hours/week. (Please note that even if you WANT 12 hours/week, it will take a few months to work up to that).

Pay: Hourly. Negotiable starting at $35/hour

Requirements: Teachers have to be strong loud singers (not need to be “trained”), be comfortable in front of a crowd (leadership skills or musical theater background is great) and LOVE tiny children! They have to be reliable and motivated to be part of my awesome team! And they need their own iPhone with ability to play music and have access to a streaming service like Apple Music or Spotify. Also, you’ll need to house our supplies in your car/house AND be available for a couple hours before each semester to learn the new songs!

1. Music Together classes are 45 minutes long. They require about 20 minutes of your time also to set up and break down etc. They require about an hour outside of class to PREPARE. The classes are 75% on weekday mornings but COULD be in the afternoon around 4pp or on weekends. Given THAT information, how many classes would you be interested in teaching? What day/time blocks would you be interested in?

** Please note: If you are interested in this position, you will need to attend a Music Together training class online. It’s required by my parent company. The training course will have a fee and I pay for that.
