What you'll do
As the HR Manager at TRACTIAN, you will be a strategic partner in driving our people-centric initiatives to support our high-performance culture. Your mission will be to oversee HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement programs that foster employee engagement, development, and retention. - Manage employee relations, compensation, and benefits to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Enhance HR operations by streamlining processes across payroll, compliance, and reporting.
- Drive operational excellence by developing scalable people processes that support business objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and align with organizational goals.
