Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, conduct market research, and provide insights to enhance our product offerings.
- Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of special merchandising events and promotions, both in-store and online.
- Buying Teams Collaboration: Work closely with different buying teams to understand their unique needs and contribute to product selection, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations.
What We Look For
- Ideally, a junior, senior, or graduate student, although sophomores with a strong interest in retail and merchandising, is encouraged to apply.
- Pursuing a degree in operations management, retail merchandising, consumer science, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work in the Greater Nashville Area for the duration of the internship.
