Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Meet with business partners, project managers, and vendor partners to determine project scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve system issues, and lead prioritization of build items. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Investigate, define, document and elicit requirements, features, or functions to be included within the scope of a project or work ticket.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional and/or technical requirements in a clear manger that is comprehensible to developer’s/project team. This includes creating process models, specifications, diagrams, mappings, and charts to provide direction to the team.
- Identify and document functional and technical requirements determined by business partners and stakeholders. Defines, elicits, and analyzes existing and new system functions and processes to make recommendations to meet the business goals and user needs.
- Review system design plans for reasonableness and fit within the business requirements.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and tests to follow.
- Provide documentation for orientation and training of end users for modifications to existing processes and new functionality.
- Define, coordinate, and participate in the execution of tests cases as part of the Quality Assurance process.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team setting and is skilled at leading and facilitating requirements meetings.
- Proven capability of interfacing with clients, managing their demands and expectations and challenging.
- Proven experience in successfully leading requirement elicitation workshops
- Significant experience in creating requirements specifications, process models and business rules for real time and batch processing data integration solutions.
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations.
- Experience of software testing processes including the creation and execution of test scripts and the successful delivery of UAT.
- Knowledge of the Scrum development process (Agile) and Waterfall SDLC.
- Experience in developing mapping documentation.
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns and development.
