Job Title: Warehouse Group Leader

Reports to: Supervisor
Job Summary:

Essential Function:
- Know and follow all safety rules to do your job. Report any unsafe issues to your immediate supervisor.
- Implement working countermeasure for any safety issue that is reported or viewed.
- Assist Department Manager/Asst. Manager in establishing and meeting department annual targets and objectives.
- Supervise and direct warehouse employees to perform their job assignment effectively
- Load and unload trucks safely and timely
- Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Place material in proper location and research any item that is misplaced.
- Sort, count, and check received items
- Distribute materials to production floor per work order
- Handle and distribute hazardous cleaners to production line
- Receive, unpack, and issue materials to warehouse or designated location
- Check goods against Bill of Lading.
- Understand and be able to perform the entire work flow of the warehouse job duties.
- Ability to read and follow assigned work instructions.
- Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment with a valid license
- Valid driver’s licenses with medical card
- Understand and implement an effective warehouse system of material handling and storage
- Document and implement maintenance and preventive maintenance of trucks
- Understand and comply the ISO 14001 Environmental System
- Understand and comply the TRAD Safety Program
- Understand and comply with TRAD J-SOX Finance and Business Planning System
- Understand and comply the TRAD ISO 16929 Quality System
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Training: No special requirements
Experience: Two (2) or more years manufacturing experience helpful

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing this job. When performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to humid condition, moving mechanical parts, fumes and airborne particles. Protective equipment will be provided in work areas whenever required. The noise level is moderate with higher noise levels is some areas requiring hearing protection at all times.
