Positions Available:

Lawn Care Specialist - Mowing, Trimming, Edging - $17-$22/DOE

Landscaper - Planting and Hardscape Installation - $18-$25/DOE

Duties
As a Lawn Care Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained lawns.
• Assisting with landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Digging and building garden beds or other landscape features as needed.
• Providing tree care services, including pruning and removal when necessary.
• Conducting groundskeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and order in outdoor areas.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• 1- 2 years landscape experience with a professional company
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Weekend Availability as needed to complete all properties on schedule every week.
• Must be physically capable of walking at high speeds for long periods of times in extreme cold or heat.
• Ability to operate zero turn and stand on mowers effectively, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ability to drive a truck, pulling and backing trailers (Preferred)
• Modern technology aptitude
• Customer Service abilities-communicating with all clients on a regular basis to ensure they are completely satisfied with the services rendered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
