Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

We are looking for hard-working and open-minded crew members to assist us in keeping our clients’ properties beautiful.

This position does not require past experience, as you will be working 1-on-1 with an experienced foreman and the owner to develop the skills you need (skills are appreciated though). Expect to work 8 AM to 5/5:30 PM, full-time.

Expect to be responsible for your own punctuality, your uniform, the tools and equipment you’ll get to use, and your willingness to grow and learn. The intention for this position is to train you up to be a foreman by the end of the season, or for next season, with opportunities for winter salaried positions and foreman positions making upwards of $23/hour- all the way up to $30/hour (before pivoting into a sales or management position).

We are looking for multi-year employees for this position, and are willing to train anyone with a good attitude and work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
