We are seeking a dedicated Closing Team Support Specialist to assist with office and closing administrative duties. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our internal team, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Reliability, timeliness and teamwork are KEY !
Responsibilities:
- Support team members by ensuring operation at the highest level of efficiency
- Maintain location/office tour readiness appearance, cleanliness and proactively fulfill needed office supplies
- Greet and direct clients and customers as they arrive for closings
- Provide timely, efficient and effective administrative functions as required by team (including but not limited to copying, mailing, scanning, data entry and general organizational duties)
- Efficiently complete data entry and task completion/task assignments in an electronic task-based system
- Communicate with consumers, lenders, and/or real estate agents as needed to retrieve needed or missing order information
- Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere and positive office morale for team and customers alike
Requirements (not optional):
- Timely and reliable, with a STRONG desire for longevity
- Personal computer and word processing skills. Adept at navigating the internet and familiar with Outlook/email systems.
- General understanding of technical systems and office equipment (copiers, scanners, phones, etc)
- Customer care, thoroughness, professionalism, tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with others
- Poses organization and task management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment-TEAMWORK
- Accountability to company, team and one’s own actions
- Maintain ethical standards and privacy in all work related matters
