What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Administration / Accounting Assistant position at Trademark?
Trademark is currently seeking a reliable clerical administration to become a member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for light admin duties, filing, data entry, answering all incoming client calls, accounting assistance. To be successful in this role, strong organizational skills are essential, as is a high level of computer and customer service. You also must be able to use a computer, phone system, and able to type. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are essential. Willing to problem solve to tackle any challenges you may face. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with clients, staff, and vendors.
Construction knowledge is a plus but not required.
