Traders Village is hiring an experienced maintenance worker Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 : 30 pm!
Pay rate : $15-$17 / hr

Houston, TX 77041
Reports to : Walter Sheets, Maintenance Manager

Essential Functions –
Paint, dry wall, tile, flooring, general carpentry, rides machinery, demolition, plumbing, electrical, concrete, blacktop.
Physical Demands –
The job requires standing for long hours, working in the heat and cold, bending, stooping, lifting up to 80 lbs, walking, speaking with customers, and having the ability to operate a golf cart, forklift, tractor, and scissor lift. May be require to climb to heights of 100 ft.
Required Schedule –
Mon-Fri
8 am – 4 : 30 pm
30 minute lunch breaks
Required Education / Experience –
DRIVER LICENSE REQUIRED
Must be able to operate a forklift, golf cart, scissor lift, and tractor.
