Audio-Visual Technician Job Description
- 2 years’ experience in installing audio-visual cabling and hardware in a commercial environment.
- Capable of pulling, identifying, and labeling various cables / wires used to transmit audio / video signals and installing support structures with minimal to no direct supervision.
- Familiar with audio installation, service, and general layout.
- Capable of basic AV terminations.
- Ability to follow instruction and work well with others in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
- Safety conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Capable of completing full corporate conference room set ups.
- AVIXA CTS certification(s) a plus but not required.
- 2 years’ experience installing audio visual cabling and hardware in a commercial environment.
- Must be available to work extensive hours and overtime as needed.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and own transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
