We are currently seeking a seasonal part-time Concierge to be based in Teterboro, NJ. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for streamlining the process of passenger arrival and boarding, ensuring smooth communication with passengers, aircrew, and the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with work schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays are required.
- Greet passengers upon their arrival at the terminal and utilize software for check-in process.
- Collect, organize, and weigh baggage for pilots.
- Ensure passenger comfort and keep passengers informed of any flight delays.
- Assist with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling.
Physical requirements include prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift 50 pounds.
