">We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at TradeWinds Resort. As a member of our catering and serving staff, you will be responsible for ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction at all banquet functions.
">- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar station
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the catering and serving staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Proven experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop
- Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
