Main Responsibilities:
- Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments.
- Manage daily room inventory and pricing processes.
- Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies, and data.
- Analyze local events and activities, projecting their impact on demand.
- Create accurate operational and financial room revenue forecasts.
