Service Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team at Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC.
About the Position:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
- Install new equipment and perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services on refrigeration and A/C systems.
- Service walk-in coolers, freezers, and various types of refrigeration equipment, including A/C and heating systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for van stock.
Key Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience in refrigeration or A/C service, installation, and troubleshooting.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New Jersey.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
