The primary responsibility of a Field Account Executive is to build and expand a book of business while overseeing and maintaining field operations. Field Account Executives will be trained and considered for future leadership opportunities.
Objectives of this role
Work closely with Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of our client's needs, and to meet competitive revenue goals.
Manage the full sales cycle across a variety of accounts.
Foster established relationships using a database of qualified accounts and networks.
Remain active with associations, social networks, and platforms to promote the TradeWorX, brand and business model.
Responsibilities
Identify and target and build a working relationship companies, to demonstrate the value of the TradeWorX business model.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and networking events.
Understand client needs and provide workforce solutions to meet project demands.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
Identify market trends and opportunities to expand services.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database
Work closely with recruiters to source, screen, and place qualified construction workers.
Ensure operations meet job-specific requirements, certifications, and experience levels.
Communicate job details, expectations, and schedules to both clients and interoffice personnel.
Required skills and qualifications :
The ability and willingness to work as a part of a team with a common goal.
Strong sales, negotiation, and management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of the construction industry and workforce needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
