Job description
Traditions at Brookside is seeking a Full-Time QMA/Scheduler to work in our beautiful assisted-living community. The Scheduler assumes responsibility and accountability for staffing of a licensed AL/MC community in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company/community policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure staffing needs of community
- Coordinate schedules of licensed and certified nursing staff
- Communication with Wellness Director about staffing needs of community
- On-call availability to assist with staffing shortage
- Ensure resident rights and freedom of choice is honored
- Utilize sound judgement
