Job Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Costumed Beverage Server at WinStar World Casino & Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Salary and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $2.13. Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include serving beverages with style, creating a fun-filled environment, greeting guests with fast and friendly service, ensuring guest satisfaction, drink quality, and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for taking orders, serving drinks, explaining preparation methods, and informing guests of specials. Additionally, you will check guest identification, manage excessive drinking responsibly, write orders, handle payments, and maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
- You must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
- You must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.
- You must stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, and work in a restaurant/bar/casino environment.
