Human Resource Manager
As a Human Resource Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and ensuring that our team members are supported, engaged, and thriving. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and people skills will play a vital role in shaping our organization's culture and success.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to succeed.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing coaching and counseling as needed.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with providers.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll data, and attendance records.
- Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to address HR-related issues and support organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
- Minimum of 5 years team management experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
