Traditions Management, with a premier Alzheimer's / Dementia Assisted Living program, has an incredible opportunity for a new Regional Director of Cognitive Services to support our growing organization.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure quality resident care through the Varietas ™ program is consistently delivered across all locations.
- Oversee training and development of Directors and Staff.
- Serves as a clinical resource and fosters a positive work environment that supports and motivates the clinical team.
- Audit compliance of the Varietas ™ program.
- Maintain a high level of Alzheimer's / Dementia knowledge including on-going awareness of clinical best practices to align regulatory requirements and organization's strategic plans.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team.
- Communicate with families, residents, and physicans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations at all locations.
- 90% travel
