Construction Administrator
OVERVIEW: Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55 lifestyle communities, seeks an exceptional Construction Administrator at our Rose Ridge Community in Allison Park, PA. This is a full time fast paced position. As Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of supporting construction, production, warranty, and service work.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing administrative support to the construction staff
- Managing the Service and Warranty Department
- Gathering necessary document; completing and submitting applications for building permits and tracking progress
- Creating files, managing filing systems and filing documents per records retention policy
- Interfacing with home building software
- Timely communications with homeowners and subcontractors
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior Construction Administrator experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
