Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs to promote safety and independence.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Monitor resident behavior and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Facilitate social activities and engage residents in meaningful interactions.
- Ensure that all resident rights are respected and upheld.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Document daily activities and any significant changes in resident conditions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
