What You’ll Do
The IT Product Owner plays a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce CRM and related sales and customer service tools. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to define and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals. As a key liaison between business units and technology teams, the IT Product Owner will ensure that product initiatives meet business needs while balancing ongoing operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, sales processes, and customer service workflows. This role requires balancing strategic vision and hands-on execution to optimize our technology investments and maximize business value.
How You’ll Help Us Win
Strategy & Planning
- Partner with business leaders to define goals and objectives for the product.
- Work closely with technology teams to design and implement solutions for prioritized initiatives.
- Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
- Guide teams and project managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities that align with organizational priorities.
Operational Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
- Oversee the execution of technology initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure optimal return on investment by coordinating and delegating cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adapt product strategy accordingly.
- Address and resolve complex product-related challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing product solutions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience: Proven experience in a product management role. Strong grasp of project and product management methodologies.
- Expertise: Understanding of system architecture and data flows to support business processes.
- Tools: Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its sales and customer service functionalities. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
