Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager works to ensure excellence in user experiences, both internal and external, with a heavy focus on CRM applications and integrations. This role will coordinate and guide technical resources to assist in creating and executing the overall vision for systems architecture, maintenance and integration. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for technical integration, a strong aptitude for learning, a passion for helping others, and finds fulfillment in project creation, execution and completion.
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
CRM Management
- Serve as primary contact for data management, imports and administration functions within HubSpot (Hubs include Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations, Commerce)
- Administer Hubspot users and functions as well as service CRM support tickets as needed
- Manage the intake of change requests and prioritize them according to overall business objectives as defined by head of IT and senior leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the implementation of business logic within CRM and integrations
- Gather and create documentation related to business processes or functions
- Keep up-to-date on new functionalities or systems features to identify potential improvements to existing company processes or offerings
Project Management
- Create, maintain and manage projects in project management system
- Manage projects directly and indirectly from the creation of the request to the final execution and documentation of the implementation
- Work with stakeholders within the company across departments to clearly define goals, timelines and responsibilities for projects and improvements
- Assign project work to internal resources and ensure assignees have everything needed to complete tasks by due dates
- Serve as an escalation point for challenges during execution of a project
- Ensure projects are tested and validated where applicable to ensure quality of the deliverables on projects
- Clearly and concisely communicate with stakeholders to ensure scope, timeline, progress and updates are provided regularly
Team Management
- Manage, motivate and develop a small team (1-2 people) focused on CRM (Hubspot) and integrations (Make, API, file-based, others)
- Lead project and team meetings
- Establish and maintain standards for project management within the team, training team members on project management techniques
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Positive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Familiarity with project management principles (Certifications preferred)
- Ability to quickly absorb information and learn new processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working with a CRM system in an administrative role (Hubspot, strongly preferred)
- Two or more years working with Project Management software (Asana, preferred)
- Two or more years managing technical projects
Essential and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, onsite at least 3 days per week
- Ability to travel occasionally
