The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CEO and plays a critical role of engaging with Trafera Board of Directors and private equity owners, investors, and lenders.
The CFO is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and streamlining accounting, financial and IT processes, ensuring compliance to controls, leading and developing the accounting, finance, and technology teams, maintaining internal and external relationships within our nationwide footprint while providing expertise and financial guidance for developing and managing budgets, evaluating profitability at numerous levels, communicating business performance, forecasts, and participating in the company planning process.
Key Accountabilities Include :
- Establish a corporate finance agenda that is closely tied to competitive and operating dynamics and aligned with the Traferas strategic mission and vision.
- Assess financial implications of business decisions, and work with sales, business development, and procurement to establish optimal pricing policies and business economics.
- Provide the primary external interface with financial institutions and investment community and manage lender relationships and related reporting.
- Act as a key business partner to the CEO and the senior leadership team, providing financial guidance and counsel on all matters relating to the finance function including strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, and corporate growth strategies to include M&A. Take ownership for results along with the leadership team.
- Build accounting, finance and IT teams and processes with high integrity data.
- Develop a vision for consolidated and decentralized aspects of the accounting and finance teams.
- Report on the Company's financials to the senior leadership team, Board of Directors, and private equity partners and investors.
