Traffic Control Products is looking to hire a contracts admin coordinator that will be responsible for supporting the company through the contract process. This individual will work with our customers regarding the need for change orders and coordinating those with the appropriate contract. They will ensure that we have the necessary contract supporting documentation.
Candidates for this position must have strong contracts experience and experience within the construction industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Process new contracts and change orders
-Obtain contract documents; Job-site information; sales tax and bond info; insurance info; NTO's; EEO documents; etc
-Ensure that contracts/billing documents flow through departments quickly, correctly and efficiently
ESSENTIAL SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
-Self-motivated, DETAIL ORIENTATED, with ability to work under tight deadlines
-Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with contractors and FDOT
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products(Word, Excel, etc) and Word Perfect
Pay is $26-$29 per hour depending on experience
