Your Part in It:
Working out of our global headquarters in Chicago, IL, we are looking for our next Cash Application Clerk who will be responsible for receiving, posting and reconciling payments in a timely manner.
CASH APPLICATION CLERK
What the Job Entails:
- Post payments timely to accounts in accordance with company process
- Post cash within two business days of receipt
- Identify overpayments or refunds and notify collectors for processing according to policy
- Reconcile and balance payment batches daily
- Research unapplied/unidentified payment
- Prepare adjustments for approval when applicable
- Post adjustments
- Keep manager informed of areas of concern and problems identified.
What We Are Looking For:
- Two or more years’ experience preferred
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Accpac experience preferred
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
