Based in Tijuana, MX, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight moves smoothly across North America and beyond. From coordinating shipments to building strong relationships with clients and carriers, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-growing Operations team.

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Negotiate with shippers and carriers
✅ Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
✅ Gather shipping documentation
✅ Communicate effectively with clients and carriers
✅ Conduct shipper visits for key customers
✅ Identify new business opportunities

🔹 Bilingual (English & Spanish)
🔹 1 years in logistics
🔹 Customer service or sales experience
🔹 Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills
🔹 Professional and outgoing personality
🔹 Ability to work autonomously
🔹 Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) alternate weekends

✅ Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes
✅ Negociar con transportistas y embarcadores
✅ Monitorear envíos y garantizar entregas a tiempo
✅ Gestionar documentación de embarque
✅ Comunicarse eficazmente con clientes y transportistas
✅ Realizar visitas a embarcadores clave
✅ Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio

🔹 Bilingüe (inglés y español)
🔹 1 año de experiencia en logística
🔹 Experiencia en servicio al cliente o ventas
🔹 Habilidad para resolver problemas y manejar múltiples tareas
🔹 Profesionalismo y actitud proactiva
🔹 Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma
🔹 Lunes a viernes (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) fines de semana alternos
