Responsibilities
HRBP Leadership:
- Direct and lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business needs, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for HRBPs.
- Ensure HRBPs are equipped to act as trusted advisors to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Establish and monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of the HRBP team.
- Design and oversee the implementation of annual performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development.
- Develop and manage the talent review process in collaboration with executive leadership, ensuring clarity and consistency in assessing talent.
- Lead succession planning efforts to build a robust pipeline for critical leadership and technical roles.
- Manage the rollout of talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with local needs and cultural considerations.
- Partner with Learning & Development and other HR functions to integrate talent programs with broader employee development strategies.
- Leverage HR analytics to inform talent strategies, measure impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on workforce trends, leadership readiness, and development needs.
- Drive change management related to talent initiatives, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as a champion for organizational culture.
- 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role involving HR Business Partners and/or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and talent management best practices.
- Experience working with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- CHRP or SHRM or equivalent designation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
