As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project management lifecycle including the coordination, planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain project documentation that is accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Delegate tasks to appropriate resources and track project deliverables for successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Advise management of project delays and develop strategies to mitigate the impact
- Identify and strategically eliminate project roadblocks and potential risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clients, internal resources, and third parties/vendors to ensure an on-time project delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, keeping discussions on course to achieve the desired objectives
- Understand client and stakeholder needs while managing expectations to keep deliverables within scope
- Conduct stakeholder analyses to ensure relevant parties are identified and informed of potential impact
- Develop and execute communication strategies that ensure all stakeholders are well-informed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements

Education & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience leading project teams
- Experience utilizing industry standard project management methodologies
- PMP Certification is preferred but not required
