What are the responsibilities and job description for the Geneva Commodity Trading Graduate Programme - Metals and Minerals position at trafigura?

Main Purpose: Our two year graduate development programme is designed to provide you with a structured series of rotations across our core trading business, in areas such as Deals Desk, Operations, Trade Finance and Analysis. You will have the opportunity to complete three 8 month rotations, all based in Geneva, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and opening up a future of unlimited opportunities within the Trafigura group. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: A minimum of a 2:1 / 3.4 GPA (or equivalent) in any field 0-2 years of postgraduate working experience Fluency in English - both oral and written Dynamic and upbeat personality Ability to take initiatives Problem solving and analytical thinking Outstanding communication Key Relationships and Department Overview: The programme encourages an entrepreneurial attitude, ensures high visibility across different departments and countries, and allows you to build opportunities for yourself through exponential performance and networking.
